Questions

How much cooking is involved?
Plan for about 30 minutes of hands-on preparation. The risotto takes approximately 20 minutes and requires occasional stirring. The tiramisù takes about 10 minutes to assemble and should be prepared in advance to allow time to set in the refrigerator. No oven or special equipment is needed.

What else will I need?
You will only need milk or cream to make the tiramisu.

You may also add a protein option such as grilled shrimp, fish, or steak and serve with your favorite bottle of wine.

What's the difference between the black and white truffle?
Black truffle is deeper and earthier, and holds up to heat — which is why it's in the sauce. White truffle is more delicate and aromatic, and is used to finish rather than to cook, which is why it's in the risotto kit. The box gives you both. The truffles are freshly hand-picked in Alba.

How many people does it serve?
This collection is designed to create a generous Italian dinner for two, with pistachio tiramisù for dessert.  However, it is fit to serve 3-4 people.
