Description
This apple cider vinegar is obtained by the traditional method of production of balsamic vinegar: through the slow fermentation of the best apple juice and then aged in barriques (wine barrels). This method creates a full-bodied product characterized by a strong apple scent.

The texture is velvety and envelops the palate, vinegar has an intense and fresh taste that does not cover but counterbalances to a pleasant sugary aftertaste. Therefore it turns out to be a very versatile condiment that goes well with many different types of food. If used in cooking, it personalizes the dish without covering it, releasing its characteristic flavors and aromas.

MADE IN: MODENA, ITALY

Exceptional

We had tried an apple pie vinegar while vacation in the store. We really enjoyed it but knew that getting it after that would be difficult. This is exceptional. Incredibly flavorful with a hint of sweetness without being too much and a low acidity. I anticipate this being used notly in cooking but in everyday drinks

Balsamic used to be my favorite until I tried thise

A splash to your vegetables, salads, and even to salmon or pork. It has the perfect balance of sweetness.
