Description
This grey salt is made from Guérande - a natural unrefined sea salt from the French Brittany coast, and black truffle slices are hand-harvested and then sliced using our oil wood tool, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic.
The result is a versatile condiment, excellent to season all your dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi, and foie gras.
