Aged through the “Decanter and Refill” system - this occurs when the vinegar is moved through casks made of different woods in order for each barrel to lend its aroma and flavor to the vinegar creating a rich bouquet. This collection features three bottles of balsamic vinegar, each one separately aged in single casks of oak, juniper, or cherry wood to develop their own unique characteristics.

Oak (Rovere): Rich, with strong notes of vanilla
Juniper (Ginepro): Distinctive, strong, and unique aromas
Cherry Wood (Ciliegio): Warm in color with sweetly spicy notes
