Each flavored olive oil is made with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil created exclusively of Sicilian olives harvested at an altitude of 200-400 meters, from young olive groves near the sea. A natural, unflavored bottle of this olive oil is also included.
The Balsamic Vinegar is created with the must of cooked grapes and aged wine vinegar and then aged to perfection in oak barrels with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar that is extracted from centuries-old casks.
