Absolutely love this pasta!So much so, that I signed up for subscription...on one hand, it's "just pasta", on the other it's exceptionally good pasta!Don't know if it's because of the texture (possibly), or simply the origin, but it really is a completely satisfying bite.Give it a try, you won't regret it.
After returning on a trip from Europe having no digestive issues while there, AND being able to eat whatever I wanted, I was thinking: “what is going on with the food in US?”A quick search on the Internet showed that a lot of people have this same experience: G.I. issues in the US, but can seemingly eat whatever they want in Europe.I found this pasta and what a game changer it is!It is the only pasta I eat now.I have no problems digesting it and I even feel great when I eat it!
Habe auf Sizilien diese Pasta zum ersten Mal gegessen und war begeistert.So musste sie auch bei uns auf den Tisch.Mit einem leckeren Ragout aus Fleisch und Gemüse in Tomatensugo ein wahrer Genuss.

This pasta may be a bit pricey, but it is delicious.I first discovered this pasta in a top-notch Italian restaurant in Philadelphia.They had a display shelf with an impressive selection of dry pasta.I purchased 2 and brought them back to Florida to enjoy.I was thrilled to find that I could purchase more of this thru Amazon.Coming from Italian heritage, we are very particular with our pasta and "gravy".If you are a true Italian, you call it gravy instead of sauce!Certainly, worth the price.
