Each region has its traditional pastas, there are well over 350 shapes throughout the country and countless sauce pairings. Bellina has selected some of the best sauces and artisanal pastas from Italy. Our pastas are extremely thanks to the prime grain used as well as the copper mould extrusion systems and slow drying processes. Artisanal pasta takes slightly longer to cook, but has a better mouth feel and more fragrance from the wheat is preserved.
