Our Premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a high-quality vinegar aged for over three years in small oak casks. This extended aging process in carefully selected wooden barrels enhances its rich, complex flavor.

The natural temperature variations between summer and winter accelerate evaporation, while the use of small barrels maximizes contact between the vinegar and wood, resulting in a perfectly balanced depth of flavor.

With a medium-density consistency, it features a distinctive, aromatic profile with a harmonious acidity and a well-balanced sweet and sour taste.

Cooked grape must, wine vinegar.
