This garlic and basil heirloom durum wheat pasta has a rich, nutty bite with basil and garlic flavors.

Handmade with durum wheat semolina and wheat germ from Tuscany, these Italian wheat noodles are quite dense and absorb sauces well to give a more succulent and full-bodied flavor to your cooking. A delicious Italian Pasta, flavored with all-natural ingredients. 


Durum wheat is high in protein, making this artisanal, heirloom pasta from Italy a great way to get more protein into your day and stay full for longer. It also contains wheatgerm to aid digestion and reduce sugar rush. Used in classic Italian dishes with a touch of olive oil, or in more complex meals with red sauces, these linguine Italian noodles are highly versatile.

Morelli has been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860 and is a family-run company with the 5th generation currently preserving the traditions their ancestors put into place. They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina to create many of their pastas with a unique taste and the aroma of wheat. Their pasta also has a high level of Vitamin A and D due to their unusual ingredients.

The best dried pasta

This is probably the best dried pasta I have tried. It has a wonderful tooth and the chili adds a lovely spiciness with just a touch of heat. Absolutely perfect with seafood.

I like to sauté onions, garlic , mushrooms,bell peppersand tomatoes in olive oil then I pour some white wine insimmer with lid .I do add crushed red peppers and salt a wonder cheese blend. Serve over this pasta.
