Created with the must of cooked grapes, the must of cooked, sundried grapes, and aged wine vinegar, it has an extraordinary body and sweetness. Aged in a series of small casks dating back to the 1800s and extracted once a year in a limited quantity.

As is the local custom in Modena, the gourmet balsamic vinegar bottles are hand finished, and sealed with raw rope and red wax for a beautiful gift. The Gli Eredi balsamic vinegar is a perfect complement to many different meals such as prosciutto, raw meat or fish fillets, mature cheeses, and fresh fruit.

Giusti was founded in 1605 and is the longest-running and most prestigious balsamic vinegar producer in the world. Dedicated to constantly improving its attention to the environment, Giusti adopts the most modern and best practices in order to reduce the environmental impact for greater sustainable agriculture.

Great

Has a nice, syrupy texture to it and just a bit of sweetness in the taste. We quite enjoyed it

Best I have ever found

I have ordered this 3 times. The best I have found and better than much more expensive. 5 stars.

Best Balsamic

This balsamic is wonderful! I have tasted good balsamics but this is just perfect on fruits and vanilla ice cream, as well as fresh veges and reggiano.

Worth The Price

This balsamic is worlds apart from the usual vinegary junk in most stores. It's rich, sweet and has a depth of flavor. It's the perfect drizzling balsamic for Caprese salads and on sauteed spinach and swiss chard.
