Aged to Perfection
These balsamic vinegars are aged through the “Decanter and Refill” system. This occurs when the vinegar is moved through a number of casks made of different woods in order for each barrel to lend its aroma and flavor to the vinegar creating a rich bouquet.
Developed starting from Giusti's 3 Gold Medals balsamic vinegar that is aged for 12 years, with the addition of black truffles, raspberries, or fig, and left to mature for at least six more months in oak barrels.
All 3 flavored vinegars pair exceptionally well with different meats, however, the truffle balsamic vinegar is delicious on fresh egg pasta and omelets, whereas the fruit vinegars suit cheeses and desserts such as ice cream perfectly.
