The Family Reserve is a special line of fine balsamic vinegar and condiments dedicated to the Giusti family ancestors. The Piccole Donne is a series of sweet, delicate, and considerably dense condiments, recalling the local custom, still used today, of bottling small quantities of a family production of balsamic vinegar. The tradition wants these small glass bottles finished by hand, and sealed with raw rope and red wax.

La Fiaschetta di Patrizia is aged in single wine barrels of oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry, and ash with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar drawn from a series of centuries-old casks. Created with the must of cooked, sundried grapes and aged wine vinegar, it is a sweet, delicate, and considerably dense IGP-certified balsamic. It features notes of red fruits, honey, and vanilla.

Giusti was founded in 1605 and is the longest-running and most prestigious balsamic vinegar producer in the world. Dedicated to constantly improving its attention to the environment, Giusti adopts the most modern and best practices in order to reduce the environmental impact for greater sustainable agriculture.

Excellent Balsamic!

This is another winner from Giusti. It is pricy for what you are getting but it has excellent flavor. It is definitely worth a try and I would buy it again.

Flavor

First time I tried this vinegar was in Verona Italy. I brought home some very small bottles as the bottles were unique. However, the flavor of this special vinegar has spoiled my taste buds to want nothing else. Try it on fresh tomatoes and (almost anything ) !!!

It is a small bottle for the price paid

This is a famous brand for balsamic vinegar so I was curious to try. It is a little sweeter and thicker then the normal brands you find in grocery stores carrying good quality brands. I probably wouldn’t buy again due to the price and quantity. I’ll use it in special recipes requiring balsamic vinegar.
