In my opinion this is a great balsamic at a good price. I think I’ve found my go to brand. Roasted Brussels sprouts with this drizzled - yummy!
Nice and thick, with layers of flavor. It has a bit of an edge overall, more than I expected.
OK, so its about 40 dollars a bottle...!!!!. Youly livece.....It is the best Balsamic Vinegar I have ever tasted. It is aged in 100 year old wooden casks for 12+ years. The flavor of this stuff is fantastic...!!!!!
This is a top notch balsamic, thick and creamy, and tastes wonderful. You won't find anything in the supermarket like this. Is fantastic Caprese salad. Very high end, and worth the money.
I love vinegars, especially balsamic vinegars. I have five in my pantry. I have had good balsamic vinegars before, but nothing compares to this. The flavor is deep and complex. My other balsamics are thin and so is the flavor. It is expensive but it is worth the experience. As suggested by others, try some vanilla ice cream. You will nver put anything else ice cream after this experience.
