Created in Modena with the must of cooked grapes and aged wine vinegar, then aged in oak barrels with aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries-old casks. It is named for the 3 gold medals earned at International Fairs in the 19th century and is also IGP-certified. The cubic bottle features the first label, designed in the early 1900s.

3 Gold Medals, Riccardo Giusti, has an aroma and flavor of plum jam and red fruits intertwined with hints of honey and vanilla. This gourmet balsamic is a deep brown with a glossy, velvety smooth texture. The uses are endless as our balsamic vinegar is well-balanced.

I love it

In my opinion this is a great balsamic at a good price. I think I’ve found my go to brand. Roasted Brussels sprouts with this drizzled - yummy!

Great taste!

Nice and thick, with layers of flavor. It has a bit of an edge overall, more than I expected.

Extreemly high quality product. Refined, and creamy.

This is a top notch balsamic, thick and creamy, and tastes wonderful. You won't find anything in the supermarket like this. Is fantastic Caprese salad. Very high end, and worth the money.

Amazing flavor and texture

I love vinegars, especially balsamic vinegars. I have five in my pantry. I have had good balsamic vinegars before, but nothing compares to this. The flavor is deep and complex. My other balsamics are thin and so is the flavor. It is expensive but it is worth the experience. As suggested by others, try some vanilla ice cream. You will nver put anything else ice cream after this experience.
