"Gli Eredi" Collection
The collection “Gli Eredi” is dedicated to particular representative ancestors of the Giusti family; Francesco Maria Giusti, who appears in the Duke of Estense first Register of local businesses commissioned in 1605, Pietro Giusti, who along with Giuseppe Giusti led his vinegars to Florence in 1861 to the Italian Fair, convened by Crown Prince of Savoy of the newly established Kingdom of Italy. For each of these ancestors, we have dedicated a revisiting of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from the Historical Giusti Collection.
With extraordinary body and sweetness, still more intense than the “3 Gold Medals”, it can be added to prosciutto, raw meat or fish fillets, mature cheeses, and skewers of fresh fruit. Also alone at the end of a meal.
Giusti was founded in 1605 and is the longest running vinegar producer in the world. Giusti is dedicated to constantly improving its attention to the environment, adopting the most modern, best practices to reduce the environmental impact for greater sustainable agriculture.
