Dolceto White Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar is our upgraded version of a classic white balsamic vinaigrette dressing with a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. White vinegar has a delicately sweet and sour fruity blossom flavor with low acidity and a fresh, fruity, and flowery aroma.

It is made from a blend of aromatic and sweet white grape must, fine wine vinegar, and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that is IGP (PGI) certified to ensure the highest quality product. Due Vittorie is located in the heart of the province of Modena and works to create balsamic vinegar according to tradition, combining heritage and modern technology.

MADE IN: MODENA, ITALY

White concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, 1% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must, wine vinegar). Contains Sulphites.

PAIR WITH: Fresh salads, steamed vegetables, salmon, shellfish, white meat, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, and strawberries.

Rich balsamic vinegar.

This balsamic is both rich and smooth and has the texture that is thicker than most, almost a glaze. Divine!

Expensive and worth every penny!

This is hands down the best vinegar I have ever tasted. It is the perfect balance of tang with a hint of sweetness. So smooth. Definitely worth the price and the wait. It took about 3 weeks to be delivered. Thely thing is I wish it would've come with the pour spout that the balsamic vinegar came with.

leakage ,when packaged arrived

Minor leakage when package arrived ,tastes great,five stars for taste afraid to order again because of leakage, maybe this doesn't happen often will have to look at other reviews to be sure this is not common place

Good IGP Balsamic vinegar

This is very good IGP grade balsamic vinegar,e of the better IGPs I've tried so far. This is nearly as good as some of the cheaper traditional DOP balsamics I've tried. It is a nice blend of sweet and tart, thick but not overly thick. At this price point, thise is great for every day use. It's great for use in salads, meats, and of course with imported cheeses.
