Ingredients
-
1 pack Pizza Dough by Molino Rossetto
-
½ bottle Cherry Tomato Sauce by Frantoi Cutrera
-
Dried Tomatoes by Cutrera
-
½ lb Fresh Mozzarella, torn into pieces
-
4 tbsp Garlic EVOO by Cutrera
-
A few handfuls of fresh arugula
-
Salt to taste
Directions
Begin by dissolving the yeast sachet in lukewarm water. Add the Molino Rossetto flour mix and 6.5 oz of lukewarm water. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise in a warm spot for 1.5 hours.
Once the dough has doubled in size, flatten it out to your desired thickness and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato salsa evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Top with torn mozzarella pieces, dried tomatoes, and a drizzle of garlic EVOO. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top it with fresh arugula for a burst of color and flavor. Drizzle a little extra EVOO over the top for that final touch of Italian magic.
