The Organic Ready Cherry Tomato Sauce is the result of a traditional and tasty recipe that was born from the union of a delicately fried onion from Giarratana, particularly sweet, with the best cherry tomatoes ripened in the warm sun of Sicily. The sauce features a velvety texture, and a naturally sweet flavor, slightly flavored with Sicilian basil and onion from Giarratana.

Since 1906 the Cutrera family has been cultivating olive groves in the southeast of Sicily. Their first frantoio was founded in 1979.
