The Tartufissima pasta is renowned as the first truffle pasta ever produced in the world. Launched in 1990 by Beppe, the visionary chef and founder of Tartuflanghe, this pasta quickly gained acclaim. Just two years later, the Tartufissima N19 was honored as an “Outstanding New Product” at the Fancy Food Summer Show in New York City.
Its success is attributed to its unique attributes: the entirely hand-made shape imparts an exceptional texture, the high percentage of truffle delivers a sophisticated and well-balanced flavor, and the generous amount of eggs amplifies the truffle's essence.
