Egg Tagliolini Pasta contains high-quality, locally sourced, all-natural ingredients. This Italian Egg Pasta is made in small batches to ensure high quality. Morelli handmade Italian pasta, made with durum wheat semolina, includes the wheat germ which naturally contains vitamins A, D, E, and vegetable protein. 

Tagliolini is a bit thinner than tagliatelle pasta and very similar to fettuccine in width. Morelli's Egg Pasta is made with durum wheat which is high in protein, making this heirloom pasta from Italy a great way to get more protein into your day and stay full for longer.

Morelli has been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860 and is a family-run company with the 5th generation currently preserving the traditions their ancestors put into place. They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina to create many of their pastas with a unique taste and the aroma of wheat. Their pasta also has a high level of Vitamin A and D due to their unusual ingredients.

Update:I am updating my review due to the excellent customer service provided. Il Mercato Di Bellina reached out to me and has provided a refund for the product. While I still have not been able to cook the pasta, I will order from them again, hoping to receive an intact product that I can use.Original Review:Bummed out because the package came open, and when I pulled it out of the box, the pasta started spilling out. I guess I’ll be throwing this away.

BEST PASTA EVER

Light on the stomach, never heavy, not carb loaded and can confirm when I need to break keto I use this and never gain a pound. I wish it was in more sizes so to speak. Like can you make this a rigatoni? Or fettuccine?

A good thin Tagliolini... Cooks very quickly....holds the sauce nicely just a delicious made in Italy egg pasta.

Best pasta I've ever had and I used to live in Italy

Wow.I'm blown away.Used it for a shrimp scampi dish.Also a Carbonara.I purchased the two pack of 8.8 oz.For the way we eat, each of the 8.8 oz would be enough for three people.So for the two pack, you would get 6 servings.We used an entire package the first time (for two), and my husband had left over pasta for lunch.
