Bellina Alimentari is pleased to welcome Sweetgrass Dairy at our next “Meet the Farmer” dinner series. One of the country’s premier handcrafted cheese producers, a 140-acre family owned farm located in Thomasville, GA. Celebrate summer with a four-course menu featuring fine craft cheeses paired alongside natural Italian house wines.
MENUGreenhill grilled cheese. Truffle. Lobster.
Little Moo cavatelli. Geezers garden baby squash. Basil.
Braised short rib tortelli. Thomasville tomme fonduta.
Little moo blueberry tart. Whipped creme fraiche.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. For parties of 5+ please do so 72 hours prior ti the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
