The long, skinny noodles of this Handmade Organic Linguine pasta are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. The citrusy lemon and bold pepper work together to create a flavor that you will remember. Simply add your favorite sauce or enjoy on its own with some extra virgin olive oil!

Our pasta is made with durum wheat semolina, including the wheat germ which naturally contains vitamins A, D, E, and vegetable protein. Morelli organic pasta is unusual as it includes the germ of the wheat in the pasta in order to create a beautifully flavored heirloom wheat pasta with a rich, nutty bite.

Durum wheat is high in protein, making this artisanal pasta a great way to get more protein into your day. While organic noodles are a great way to incorporate clean ingredients into your diet.

Morelli has been creating gourmet Italian pasta in Tuscany since 1860 and is a family-run company with the 5th generation currently preserving the traditions their ancestors put into place.
