• Gusto Pieno Ground Coffee by Caffè Trombetta - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  A half-Arabica, half-robusta blend built for a strong, full-bodied cup with a rich crema. The grind is medium-coarse, so it works in a French press as easily as a moka pot. Trombetta has been roasting just outside Rome since 1890, when the family opened their first café in the city.
• Classic Tiramisù Kit
  Everything for a real tiramisù in one box - cream mix, ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa. No baking, no equipment, about 10 minutes of prep time. 
• Tuscan Cookies with Chocolate, Orange & Cinnamon by Marabissi - 7.05 oz (200 g)
  Baked in Siena from recipes passed down three generations. Dark chocolate against dried orange and a trace of cinnamon, with a proper crunch. Made for dipping into coffee, which is what they're for.

Does the tiramisù need ingredients not included in the box?
The kit contains everything you need except for milk or cream.

What kind of coffee maker does this need?
None in particular. Gusto Pieno is ground medium-coarse, which suits a French press or a stovetop moka pot best, and works in a drip machine as well. It isn't a fine espresso grind, so it won't suit a pump espresso machine.

How long does it keep?
Everything is shelf-stable, and unopened, it will hold for a few months. Nothing needs refrigerating until the tiramisù is made.
