Real Modena Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar is created with the must of cooked grapes and aged wine vinegar. It is then aged to perfection in oak barrels with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar that is extracted from centuries-old casks. There is no sugar added to this real balsamic vinegar. It is aged for 8 years and achieves a dark brown color along with a rich and persistent perfume. The bottles are in the “Champagnotta” style, which was also the bottle type that was originally used as it was the only one available to Giusti at the time. It is named for the medals that it earned at International Fairs in the 19th century.
