Mercato di Bellina - Corporate Gifting Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • Full payment for the entire order is required at the time of order. 

  • For orders above $10,000 that are placed more than 30 business days prior to the shipping date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order. Inventory will not be secured unless the deposit was paid. Final payment is required 14 business days before the shipping date.  

  • Unless otherwise specified, shipping fees will be calculated and billed separately. Full payment must be submitted and received  5 business days prior to shipment of any items.

  • Overdue balances may be subject to late fees or delayed fulfillment.

  • Payment Methods: Credit Card OR ACH bank transfers 

Order Approval

  • By approving this invoice/order, the client confirms that all order details, gift selections, quantities, recipient information, and shipping timelines are accurate and approved for fulfillment.

    • If the shipping addresses are provided as a separate milestone, shipping fees may be billed separately. 

    • The accuracy of shipping addresses is the sole responsibility of the client. 

  • Custom branding approvals are final once submitted

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are not included unless otherwise stated and may be invoiced separately once final shipping costs are confirmed.

  • Shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates based on carrier schedules and, on rare occasion may vary. Mercato di Bellina is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • We recommend scheduling deliveries 2-3 business days prior to the intended event or gifting date whenever possible.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information for all recipients, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, gate codes, company names, and contact information where applicable.

  • Any fees incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information - including address correction fees, rerouting charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, reshipment costs, or replacement product costs - will be billed to the client.

  • Packages returned due to undeliverable or incorrect addresses may require additional shipping and handling fees before reshipment can be arranged.

  • Returned packages are not refundable 

  • Address change fees after labels are created

Product & Claims

  • Due to the curated and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once orders have been processed.

  • Any damages, missing items, or delivery concerns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery so we may assist promptly.

International Shipments

  • International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or country-specific surcharges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the client or recipient unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Mercato di Bellina is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused deliveries, or packages held by international customs agencies.

  • Any additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete international shipping information provided by the client will be invoiced accordingly.


Early Holiday Order Promotion Terms & Conditions

This offer applies to new corporate holiday orders of 30 or more gift baskets placed and confirmed by October 1, 2026. A deposit may be required to reserve inventory, pricing, and preferred delivery dates.

The 10% discount applies to qualifying gift basket merchandise only. Shipping, handling, taxes, rush fees, customization upgrades, and additional services are excluded. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or previously negotiated pricing.

Complimentary custom-branded holiday cards include one approved design, one standard message for the full order, and up to one revision. Additional designs, recipient-specific messages, specialty finishes, or further revisions may incur an additional charge.

The complimentary bonus gift basket will be the lowest-priced basket included in the qualifying order. It will be shipped to one U.S. address at no additional shipping charge, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges may apply to excluded locations.

All products, customization options, and requested delivery dates are subject to availability and final confirmation. Recipient names, shipping addresses, gift messages, and other required order details must be submitted by the production deadline provided by Mercato di Bellina.
