Morelli
This pasta is a little pricey but so worth it. It tastes like the real thing, no graininess what so ever.I made this and no one could tell it was gluten free, just would like to the the price come down
This Pasta did not disappoint. Cooked up beautifully and held up to sauce. Would definitely order again.
Some pastas I’ve tried are basically tasteless and must take on the flavor of whatever sauce you have them in. This pasta however, has it own natural delicious taste with simply butter and a little salt and pepper. I decided to go the extra mile and tried it with some black truffle in olive oil. What a great combination!
My husband is a celiac…he loves the pasta
My pasta making experience with this particular pasta was quite different than what I'm used to. I boiled the water and then added the pasta, as instructed. But the water got incredibly foamy and turned white. I've not had that happen with pasta so I was really confused. It almost overflowed the pot, so I'm not sure why. But regardless, when the pasta was done, it was pretty good. It took about 15 mins or so because it was very hard. Every time I thought it was done, it was still not ready. Flavor wise it tastes alright, but I added some sauce to it and it was good.I like that these are gluten free as my mom can eat them. Probably not one I'd gravitate to on a regular basis though, but I'll keep them on hand for her.
