Ingredients
1 pack Pizza Mix by Molino Rossetto
280 ml. Water
pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp. Taggiasca EVOO by Roi
1 lb. Burrata
¼ lb. Mortadella
Directions
Prepare Your Pizza Dough
If you're making pizza dough from scratch, start by dissolving yeast in lukewarm water, adding flour, and kneading the mixture until smooth. Let it rest in a warm place for about 1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size. Roll out the dough into your desired shape and thickness.
Build the Base
Preheat your oven to 500°F (or the highest setting for your oven). If using tomato sauce, spread a thin layer on the dough. If you prefer a white base, skip the sauce and drizzle the dough with EVOO.
Add Your Pizza Toppings
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the base.
Place the slices of mortadella evenly across the pizza.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust turns golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Finish with Burrata and Pistachios
Once out of the oven, tear the burrata into pieces and distribute them over the hot pizza. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios generously for a nutty crunch.
Garnish and Serve
Drizzle with EVOO and garnish with fresh basil for added aroma. Slice and enjoy your authentic Italian mortadella pizza!
