Start by dissolving the sachet of yeast in lukewarm water. Then, add the flour mix and 6.5oz of lukewarm water. Knead the dough for a few minutes, and then cover it and let it rise for 1.5 hours.
Once the dough has risen, flatten it out and place it on a baking tray.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on top of the pizza, along with the Taggiasca olives and dollops of vegan pesto. Drizzle with EVOO for extra crunch.
Bake the pizza at 430°F for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Once out of the oven, top your pizza with fresh arugula for a burst of freshness. Drizzle a little more EVOO on top to finish.
