The consistency is very similar to traditional pasta and it is a great alternative for those with allergies. Corn pasta is rich in vitamins A and E, and low in fat, cholesterol, and sodium. Corn pasta gets its characteristic golden color from its rich natural carotenes (vitamin A).

Their pasta also has a high level of Vitamin A and D due to their unusual ingredients.
