Discover the art behind making fresh pasta. Hands on cooking class will show you all of the steps to create delicious pasta at home. Then local food writer, Kenan Hill will demo two different recipes of seasonal sauces. Following the cooking class, enjoy a tasting of the dishes prepared together. Participants will also be able to take home their creations.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If we are forced to cancel an event due to severe weather conditions we will offer guests credit for another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. For parties of 5+ please do so 72 hours prior ti the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
