Join our dinner table with Steve Whitmire from Brasstown Beef. Enjoy a four course meal celebrating top quality locally produced pasture raised beef paired with Bellina's Italian white and red house wines.
The meal will begin with Beef Carpaccio, thinly sliced beef topped with arugula and 24 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. For primo, classic Italian hand-made Tortelli di Patate filled with potatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano, served with our slow cooked beef and pork ragù. For secondo, the Carnazza, butcher’s special cut of beef, served alongside seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes. To finish the feast we will be serving a special ricotta and apple Torta di Mele.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenroll to another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
