Wednesday December 20th st 2023, 5:30 pm - 6:50 pm at Bellina Alimentari.
This class will allow people interested in all things Italy, spiced, and bitter to dive deep into the culture that is Amaro. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste eight different Amari while learning the history and flavor profile of each. The class is 80 minutes long and includes focaccia and butter and an amaro-based cocktail at the end of the class, as well as a 10% discount on Bellina Market purchases. This class is perfect for aspiring cocktail enthusiasts! Please provide a valid email and phone number should we need to get in touch.

- MEALS: Public classes do not include a meal, though we do offer a sample of our handmade pasta and also encourage class participants to dine with us after the class.
- GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE: Please click here to submit an event inquiry form to our event coordinator to organize a private class (private classes include a coursed meal).
- RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours (72 hours for groups of 4 or more). After 48 hours (or after 72 hours for groups of 4 or more), no refund will be issued for the original booking, but you can receive a 50% off code for a future booking. - CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent to CulinaryClub@Bellina-Alimentari.com 48 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the class start time are not eligible for refunds.
CANCELLATIONS ON OUR PART: In the event that Bellina has to cancel a class due to severe weather conditions or because a class does not meet our minimum number of participants, we will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future class.
