With a few simple ingredients and a little muscle you can go from pasta novice to Gnocchi master at Bellina Alimentari’s gnocchi 101 Class. Join us in the art of creating potato-based gnocchi from scratch following our signature Bellina family recipe. After the class, enjoy a tasting of the classic dish paired with a special seasonal sauce. Spaces are limited, so reserve your seat today.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If we are forced to cancel an event due to severe weather conditions we will offer guests credit for another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. For parties of 5+ please do so 72 hours prior ti the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
