All you need to know about EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) - its nutritional properties, versatility, use in the kitchen and quality standards. Experience the diversity of EVOO by tasting 3 different origins: Liguria, Tuscany and Sicily and appreciate their application in the kitchen by learning how to make some classic Italian recipes. Arugula pesto, pumpkin bruschetta and Olive Oil cake. Demo will be followed by a tasting of preparations.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If we are forced to cancel an event due to severe weather conditions we will offer guests credit for another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. For parties of 5+ please do so 72 hours prior ti the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
