Join us for a mesmerizing evening exploring unique balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy! Led by Italian vinegar producer and master in his field, Giuseppe Rimedio from Acetaia Giusti, we’ll start the evening with a welcome over cocktails. Guests will then experience a guided tasting of four prestigious balsamics aged for up to 100 years. The evening will continue with a festive four-course dinner to highlight the unique flavors of each balsamic.

BOOKING POLICY Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give you the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If you must cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the class start time. For parties of 5+ please do so 72 hours prior ti the class start time. If you cancel on shorter notice we will not be able to offer a refund.
