Learn how to cook pasta to perfection and how to make three of Italy’s staple sauces: Carbonara, Pesto and Pomodoro. Get all the tips you need to replicate these dishes at home with the Italian touch. Cooking class will be followed by a tasting of creations.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date.
For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time.
For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting EVENTS@BELLINA-ALIMENTARI.COM for a discounted 50% price.
Bellina Alimentari may have to cancel or reschedule a class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. Bellina will notify you 24 hours prior to the class start time and will give the option to either refund or reenrol to another class. If we are forced to cancel an event due to severe weather conditions, Bellina will offer guests credit for another class.
