Mo.De Bronze Balsamic Vinegar
Created from the cooked must of grapes and wine vinegar, this balsamic vinegar of Modena, Italy is made by blending different type, feature, and aging of vinegars with the must. The Bronze Balsamic Vinegar is black in color and has a characteristic, delicate aroma that is pleasantly acetic. The Bronze features the aromatic sweet and sour taste that is full-bodied, fruity, fresh, and persistent.
Perfect for pairing with many different foods as it is very versatile. Use it to enhance the flavor of pasta, meat, cheeses, and fruits. Balsamic vinegar should be used at the end of cooking as heat will lessen the aroma and flavor of it. Traditionally, balsamic vinegar is also used as an apertif or digestif after meals or to cleanse the palette between courses.
Made in Italy
It is IGP Certified and guaranteed to be made from grape varietals typical of Modena and processed in Modena, Italy. The balsamic vinegar undergoes rigorous testing to ensure the high quality of the final product.
