Mo.De Gold Balsamic Vinegar
Created from the cooked must of grapes of property vineyards and selected must and wine vinegar from the famed Emilia-Romagna region of Modena, Italy. Mo.De’s Gold Balsamic Vinegar is aged in durmast oak barrels and is a deep brown color that is clear and bright. It has an intense, yet delicate aroma that is lightly acetic and persistent, with pleasantly woody notes. The Gold is well balanced and bittersweet with a delicious wild black cherry aftertaste that lends itself very well in appetizers, main dishes, and desserts.
Perfect for pairing with many different foods as it is very versatile. Use it to enhance the flavor of pasta, meat, cheeses, fruits, and even ice cream. Make a barbecue sauce with balsamic vinegar as the star ingredient. Drizzle over bruschetta, pizza, or caprese skewers for an upgraded appetizer, snack, or meal. Mo.De’s Gold Balsamic Vinegar is slowly aged in order to allow time for the transfer of tannins and the essence of the durmast oak wood into the balsamic vinegar. It is IGP Certified and undergoes rigorous testing to ensure the high quality of the final product.
