Pastificio Morelli Durum Wheat Pasta with Lemon Pepper

This delicate, linguine really delivers with the lemon and pepper flavors but does not overwhelm.  It's great with light sauces and fish (don't forget the capers), or just on its own with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan.

Morelli is unusual in that is includes the germ of the wheat in its pasta, to give it a better flavor.  Added high-fiber wheat germ lends a slightly nutty flavor and boosts the nutritional value.
