At Bellina we have selected a number of traditional sauces, this is the Italian version of a “ready meal”. Cook the pasta, heat the sauce and mix together, finish with Parmigiano reggiano cheese and olive oil. All ingredients are attentively selected whole, no chemical processes or additives. Pasta must be one of Italy’s most diverse and abundant foods. If there are hundreds of shapes there are just as many variations of sauces. There is a right sauce for every shape.
